  • Develop an event concept to meet objectives
  • Create and manage event budget
  • Develop an event schedule and logistics
  • Identify and coordination with suppliers

  • Management of participant ticketing or registration

  • Delivery of all components of the event plan
  • Coordinate venue set-up
