With 10+ years of experience in organizing and delivering some of the largest sporting events in Canada, Paul is a seasoned event manager. He has been involved in:

- National championships (Gymnastics Canada, U SPORTS Men's Hockey, Canadian University Men's Rugby Championship);

- Professional sporting events (Grey Cup, NHL Heritage Classic, FIFA Women's World Cup, Ottawa RedBlacks, Ottawa 67's, Atletico Ottawa);

- Major concerts (Murda Beatz, Jessia, Felix Cartel, Nostalgix, Frank Walker, Armani White);

- Special events (banquets, tailgates), and;

- University sporting events (Panda Game, Capital Hoops, Colonel By Classic).

He has led the successful transformation of the unsanctioned street parties following the annual Panda Game into a tailgate-festival (Pandafest) that students attend in the thousands. As a result, the local community has gone from 'concern and fear' to 'trust and relief'. The university's reputation has been re-established in the city and other municipalities have taken note.
