WHO WE ARE

The University of Ottawa and Carleton University faced the potential cancellation of the annual Panda Game due to the rise of pre- and post-game street parties in the surrounding neighbourhood. With incidents like cars being flipped, students climbing street poles, and public urinations, I developed innovative pre- and post-game events that has now become a model for Canadian universities. This new initiative is the largest annual event for both universities - one that students aspire to attend, while also helping to rebuild trust and reputation within the local community.

Our Lead Consultant & Owner has been the championship Convenor for the 2024 Canadian University Men's Rugby Championships and 2025 U SPORTS men's hockey championship. He also played lead roles in the organization of the 2020 U SPORTS men's and women's basketball championships and 2015 Gymnastics Canada artistic and trampoline national championships.

We have organized and managed concerts with artists including: AC/DC, Hedley, Marianna's Trench, Gucci Mane, Half Moon Run, Felix Cartel, Jessia, Murda Beatz, Nostalgix, and more.

We have lead the planning and organization of 200+ sporting events ranging from high school tournaments, to university varsity games, to RedBlacks games (CFL), U SPORTS and Gymnastics Canada national championships. Sporting Events are our specialty!

We have organized varsity award banquets, national championship awards galas, Hall of Fame ceremonies, as well as academic award celebrations. 

We have led several networking events, uniquely set-up with games and activities to break the ice and build meaningful connections. We have also organized several 1-day conferences.
