Develop an event concept to meet objectives, while coordinating with suppliers & the host venue. Execute a marketing strategy as part of the tournament management process. Manage team/athlete registration and create and manage the event budget.

Event Delivery: Set up the event venue and manage participants, coaches, and officials effectively. Provide Fan Services, including ticketing, security, concessions, and more. Implement a data collection plan for Key Performance Indicators.
