Initial consultation services with the client involve stakeholder surveys and focus groups to set objectives and identify Key Performance Indicators. A thorough site review will be conducted, followed by event brainstorming sessions. Finally, we will review event recommendations and plans to ensure alignment with the client’s goals.

The outcomes from stakeholder surveys and focus groups will inform our consultation services. We will provide a detailed list of event recommendations and analysis, along with a comprehensive site map. Additionally, an estimated budget and a support services plan will be included, alongside a data collection plan for Key Performance Indicators.
